A highly collaborative, independently owned communications agency requires an Account Director.
At this agency you’ll working on a mix of annual reports for FTSE100 companies, global sustainability campaigns as well as plenty of digital and brand comms work. Flexibility and adaptability are key – you’ll need to be able to gather momentum on accounts quickly, working in smart, agile and creative ways.
It’s essential that you have solid experience in a similar environment and are familiar with the landscape, lifecycle and pace of corporate reporting and communication. A genuine interest in investor relations would also be highly beneficial.
You’ll be involved in new business, proposal writing, pitch prep and presentation. For this you’ll need a well-developed business acumen, and it goes without saying that you’ll need to be a confident and articulate presenter. You have good visual literacy and understand the need for intelligent, creative design solutions.
On a personal level you’re the sort of person that enjoys helping your team to develop, and you encourage your Account Managers to see the opportunities that sit with clients.
