This very exciting business is on a huge growth trajectory, they're acquiring businesses, they're growing at pace and they're hiring some outstanding talent. 

They are looking for a senior person to join their social and content offering. The business is cash rich, with lots of amazing clients, and their remit is growing weekly! With this growth comes more and more opportunities, and the team are looking for a Business Director / Growth Strategy Director. You'll be a Business Director / Growth Strategy Director who has very strong experience working within social and influencer marketing. The Business Director / Growth Strategy Director will partner with the MD of the social division - they're great, and brilliant to work with. Nurturing, care about their team and a real people person, the Business Director / Growth Strategy Director will work with a brilliant management team.

With the MD, the Business Director / Growth Strategy Director will be responsible for working across some key clients within the agency, but you'll also be there to help lead, grow and develop their influencer offering. They're a digital agency at heart, with outstanding social, content, publishing and ecommerce expertise. The team want to branch out and build an influencer offering, to fully integrated the digital world they create for their impressive clients. 

The Business Director / Growth Strategy Director will work alongside the MD of the social offering, as a team you'll be responsible for setting up the proposition for the business, work with their key clients across the business on live projects but then work with the wider group to creative growth opportunities. 

We need a commercially minded, strategic Business Director / Growth Strategy Director, someone who is highly entrepreneurial, driven by success and you'll be highly ambitious. The team will offer skin in the game, they want a Business Director / Growth Strategy Director who is open to having shares and equity in the business, as they're keen to lock someone in - as the business grows and succeeds, so will your stake. The Business Director / Growth Strategy Director needs to be focused on growth and have a mindset of winning!
