Director of New Business - USA

This is a very exciting role for a Director of New Business / New Business Director who is currently based in the US. Ideally you'll be based in New York City, as the agency's office is based there, but we'll be happy to consider anyone who is based in the USA and has outstanding new business and growth experience. 

This is an agency side role, and we'll consider a Director of New Business / New Business Director who has worked in any form of agency - could be creative, content, digital, PR, media or a production / localisation agency. 

You'll be a Director of New Business / New Business Director expert, someone who has a commercial mind, and someone who can devise a new business strategy that focuses on growth. As a Director of New Business / New Business Director you will be proactive, with a can do attitude, you'll be well connected and driven, with lots of ambition. 

The Director of New Business / New Business Director will sit at the top of the sales strategy for this creative agency, you'll create defined target lists and ensure you can influence key decision makers within brand teams. Engagement and influence is key, the Director of New Business / New Business Director will create and lead the new business strategy, creating short. mid and long-term new business plans. 

The Director of New Business / New Business Director will work with the wider management team in the US, but also their head office in London and wider teams around the world to help focus an agency global new business plan, but you'll lead the charge for the US. 

We need a Director of New Business / New Business Director who has had a very similar role within an agency environment. Ideally the Director of New Business / New Business Director will have some global new business experience, but key is understanding the US market. 

The Director of New Business / New Business Director will have excellent attention to detail, you'll have outstanding presentation skills, and the gravitas and leadership qualities to command a room. You'll be a Director of New Business / New Business Director who has brilliant relationships, and you'll be results focused and commercially driven. 

We need a Director of New Business / New Business Director who gets it, someone who loves the chase and the hustle, and you'll be rewarded for your success. You'll be a Director of New Business / New Business Director who is skilled in social selling and how to use digital channels to build engagement. You'll be strategically minded, and driven, with a real passion for growth - we're looking for a Director of New Business / New Business Director who really wants to step up and drive their agency's new business strategy in the US.
