They would love to find a new Director of Growth and New Business, who can use their wealth of experience to heighten business outreach and to become part of the succession management team. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in identifying new clients that lie outside of the current portfolio
• Devise innovative marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
• Take the lead on business development meetings and initiatives
• Maintain exemplary relations with current clients to help maximise business opportunities
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, helping to represent and raise the levels of awareness about the company
• Regularly report on the general position of business development to the managing Director and Operations Director

The ideal candidate shall possess sophisticated communication skills which are essential to this role due to its highly collaborative nature and emphasis on client relations. They shall have a strong and proven past with an emphasis on sales and account management experience, as well as this they shall be an organised professional who is always willing to learn. Also, it is essential that they have an in-depth understanding of the creative process and industry.
