Client Services Director, Central London (Hybrid) – Up to £100k dependent on experience

If you’re a Client Services Director with truly integrated experience, we want to hear from you as soon as possible regarding this new role. You’ll be joining a busy, growing agency with some huge clients to work with across some incredible campaigns. They’re looking for a Client Services Director to scope and further build the department as they see fit, offering you a great opportunity to take ownership of the team.

Working with clients across a range of sectors, you’ll be vital in leading the client services department securing fast growth and exciting work for clients. As Client Services Director you’ll be responsible for establishing and building great relationships with clients, creating and reviewing client development plans, ensure great communication between internal teams for smooth delivery and more.

You’ll need to be from a creative agency background for this Client Services Director role, having experience across multi-channel campaigns covering everything on and offline. Are you the Client Services Director they’re looking for? You’ll have commercial rigour with experience driving client growth, and a strong communicator to manage all stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as Client Services Director:

  • Contribute to strategic direction of client work alongside strategy and creative
  • Oversee project delivery alongside operations and production
  • Establish and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Scope and build the team to suit growth and client needs
  • Ensure commercial growth and profitability of accounts
