Are you a Creative Director or ACD with Marketing partnerships experience ready to step up?

Role

I am looking for a strong ideas person who can develop breakthrough ideas and new platforms for prospective and existing strategic brand partners through the power of live music across festivals, venues and global tours, social media, data, content and more.

As a high-level thinker with excellent storytelling skills, you will have a strong mix of creative and marketing acumen to solve brand's business challenges. Knowledge of current trends in music, culture and brand marketing is key.

Working as part of the Marketing and Creative solutions team your role as Creative Director will be key to developing big ideas and solutions from brands, not cookie cutter concepts, just fresh inspiring ideas. You will work with a multi-function team including strategy, sales, and design.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

* Strong creative vision with commercial/business acumen

* Proven success developing and pitching impactful and effective creative concepts

* Depth of experience across:

- Creative direction

- Client facing presentations at a senior level - the ability to articulate what makes effective and impactful work and how it meets brand objectives

- Project management

* Knowledge of and passion for music and popular culture, marketing trends, tech and digital/social media

* Understanding of the creation of integrated campaigns across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media (secondarily, offline channels such as traditional print, OOH)

* Video/content related skills a plus (scripting, editing, producing, etc.)
