This top London creative / integrated agency is on the look out for 2 outstanding Business Director level candidates. 

The agency is an integrated business, and they do everything under one roof. They lead big brand advertising work, tech and innovation, media, digital and content, CRM, customer experience and more. They work with some of the biggest brands in the world, and they're looking for 2 people to join their customer experience / CRM team. 

They've won a new client, but they also need to strengthen their Business Director level team due to account growth within their CRM team. 

They're one of the best agencies out there, full of talent, constantly winning new work and clients and they're a one stop shop for most clients. They're fully integrated, with everything under one roof and one P&L. Some of the best creative and planners work in this agency, and their account handling team is outstanding.

They're looking to bring on board 2 Business Director level candidates. We will consider a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director looking to step up to Business Director level for one of the roles, and ideally an established Business Director. There is a budget for 2 senior hires, and we're open to speaking to CRM / Customer Experience senior level candidates who want to join this business. 

The agency is one of the best, and they've recently strengthened their CRM / customer experience offering by building a new management team. It's proving to be fruitful, and this department is growing at pace and they need to bring in a couple of Business Directors. 

You'll be a Business Director who has worked in top CRM / customer experience creative agencies, you'll be comfortable leading CRM work, with very strong digital experience too. 

The first role is for a Business Director who will run the agency's largest customer engagement client. It's a global piece of business across 33 markets, and it's a retained client. The agency are currently building the new strategy for 2023, and is focused around email comms, but there are opportunities to deliver other 121 channels. We need a Business Director who has experience in this area. 

The second Business Director role is for is leading a couple of new clients for the agency, both are B2B clients and growing very quickly. Don't be fooled by the B2B tag, these 2 brands are highly creative, the agency makes all of their ATL / TV work, which is stand out creative work, and you'll recognise it all. They need a Business Director who can help shape, lead and develop the CRM / customer engagement work. 

Both roles are high profile within this agency, and we're looking for a Business Director who is highly ambitious, driven, commercial and entrepreneurial.
