Partnership Director - Commerce Digital Agency
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Partnership Director, a chance to work at a great agency who are on an impressive trajectory.
This agency has hired very well, and also bought other businesses, over the last 12 months. Their growth trajectory is very impressive, and it doesn't look like it's stopping.
They are looking for a Partnership Director, someone who really specialises in working in partnership with tech platforms / partners, to help shape growth. It's an interesting role, we need a Partnership Director who gets who to partner with tech platforms, but you'll have a very natural new business and growth head on your shoulders. This is not a sales role as such, we don't need a salesperson - we need someone who can genuinely build relationships and partnerships.

The role is working at a digital / ecommerce agency. Their clients are amazing and they work on a variety of projects, ranging from £60k, all the way up to £1.5m! They specialise in building high end ecommerce platforms for their clients, and they work in partnership with commerce and business tech platforms. There's a genuine partnership here, and they regularly share opportunities with one another - they've built a brilliant partnership. The agency develop the design, look and feel, front end capabilities and lead the clients, and the tech platforms (and there are a few!) lead the back-end support and integration.
Over the last 6 months the agency has seem more opportunities come their work, as brands go direct to some of these platforms, the platform then needs an agency partner to fulfil this work. We therefore need a Partnership Director who can manage and oversee these opportunities. The Partnership Director will work really closely with the platforms, you'll build a relationship with them, be front of mind, so when these opportunities come in you can strike and be ready.
The Partnership Director will work closely with the tech platforms and partners, and then orchestrate the right teams internally to ensure you deliver the right pitch, the right talent are on board and you can showcase complete capabilities of landing this work. Some of these opportunities are huge, and the agency want to invest in a dedicated Partnership Director who can oversee this all with complete trust and transparency, and effectively.
This could be hugely lucrative to the agency, but also to the Partnership Director, and a chance to really make your mark at this brilliant commerce digital agency.
They already have some outstanding clients, and a brilliant team in place, and they're keen to find a Partnership Director who can help to oversee this all.
