Spark Foundry are looking for a Programmatic Account Director to join their team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Digital Media buying across our biggest clients. You will be the primary bridge between the activation team, clients and senior agency Leads. You will be proactive in nurturing the expansion of programmatic budgets by fostering open and continuous dialogues with our client teams, all while ensuring they remain at the forefront of cutting-edge products and solutions. Spark Foundry is looking for a Programmatic Account Director to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of Digital Media buying across our biggest clients, serving as the primary bridge between the activation team, clients, and senior agency leads. You will be proactive in nurturing the expansion of programmatic budgets by fostering open and continuous dialogues with our client teams, all while ensuring they remain at the forefront of cutting-edge products and solutions. Additionally, you will be entrusted to manage the internal workflow, overseeing the pathway from strategy building to activation. As an effective Project Manager, you'll thrive under the pulse of tight deadlines, ensuring the flawless delivery of client projects.

Key Objectives:
  • Own the Programmatic strategy for all clients within the team
  • Effectively communicate new products or solutions to clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee campaign workflow within the team.
  • Work effectively with internal departments to ensure an integrated approach with other media channels
  • Understand and effectively communicate Spark Foundry’s value proposition, technology, and processes
  • Be the Programmatic expert for clients and internal agency leads.
  • Support and Develop your direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of the programmatic media landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic campaign buying workflow, from producing accurate media plans, the financial process of booking activity, in-flight campaign management, producing PCAs and wrap-up reports.
  • Experience in client and line management duties.
  • Proficiency in programmatic strategy and planning.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, including DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Skilled in working with ad servers, particularly Campaign Manager.
