Support the Reporting team across a broad range of projects. You may run small assignments (parts of larger projects) under direction.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure client and project needs are consistently met
- Assist with day to day management and delivery of client and internal projects
- Contribute to and actively engage in internal financial reporting processes
- Work in our Excel finance templates to monitor and track efficiency and profitability
- Be responsible for all project-related administration
- Demonstrate attention to detail at all times to ensure quality of all project outputs - documentation, proofs and communication
- Deliver high standards of client service at all time - responsive, proactive and professional
- Checking proofs to ensure accuracy throughout each project
- Liaison and coordination of meetings, interviews, etc.
- Provide research and support to the team where needed
- Provide meeting support - note taking, etc. - when required
Qualifications
Previous Experience:
- Experience of working in a professional / office environment (can be part-time or work experience)
- Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel, but also PowerPoint and Word)
- Ideally have some experience of project delivery or project management
- Interest in corporate communications and sustainability
Personal qualities and skills:
- Proactive, organised and meticulous - keep promises, meet deadlines and solve problems
- Professional in outlook and a proven team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to respond and adapt to a range of situations and contexts
- Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to changing requests - _internally and externally
- Comfortable working in a small and ambitious team within a large agency structure
- Digitally savvy, a plus if active on social channels and passionate about sustainability, brands and communications
