What you’ll do
- Responsible for developing creative concepts into world-class advertising campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Creating and amending outstanding designs for, but not limited to:
press ads, OOH, web, apps, banners, email shots, social, tv, global toolkits, and
visual & brand guidelines - Oversee the entire design process from concept to delivery
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed our clients’ strategic objectives
- Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs
- Following the correct design processes and creating high-quality deliverables
for projects - Mentoring and providing art direction and guidance to junior members of the team,
and delegating work when required - Helping producers scope projects and giving time estimates needed to complete
your work
Who you’ll do it with
Your role will be within our Design team which is made up of a vibrant multi-disciplinary team of Juniors, Midweights and Seniors under the leadership of the Design Studio Lead.
What it takes
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects across a variety of formats
- Being motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and a good communicator
- Ability to articulate and champion your ideas both internally and in front of clients
- Having a keen eye for detail - your work is produced to pixel perfection working within grid frameworks, with consistency throughout
- An ability to prioritise and organise work within an existing design process
- Collaboration and creative judgement
- An ability to juggle and complete multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
- Being pioneering, curious and not afraid to take risks to keep on top of industry trends
What you’ll need
- At least five years of agency experience (preferably an advertising agency)
- A portfolio showcasing a range of beautifully crafted campaign and branding projects where you have led the work and been involved in concepting
- Thorough knowledge of motion design processes and limitations
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and animation
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Maxon Cinema 4D and Redshift, Red Giant Trapcode Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Indesign, Red Giant Magic Bullet Suite, Universe and VFX Suite is a bonus
- A strong understanding of typography, design elements and principles and best practices across different medias
- A strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection and all key aspects of audio visual content
- An understanding of VFX, live action integration, camera and object tracking, rotoscope, and 3D compositing is a bonus
