Job Details
As a Senior Account Executive specializing in Retail Media for the UK & IE markets, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing performance-driven retail media campaigns across various platforms. Your focus will be on driving retail media success for Nestle in the UK and Ireland, utilizing platforms like Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, CitrusAds, and Criteo.
Working closely with the Account Manager and reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of day-to-day advertising activities, meeting set performance targets, and driving eCommerce growth for Nestle in the UK market.
This role requires outstanding communication skills, strong client management skills, team management experience, plus the ability to be a mentor on Retail Media activation within the team and across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and client teams to develop and execute retail media strategies across various platforms, including Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, CitrusAds, and Criteo
- Assist in improving communication flows and facilitate calls with local Nestle teams in the UK and IE
- Monitor and optimize retail media campaigns to ensure they are aligned with agency best practices and deliver optimal results
- Analyse industry and market trends to identify opportunities for driving eCommerce growth and improving campaign performance
- Support the Account Manager in delivering client account growth strategies and innovation roadmaps for the UK and IE markets
- Mentor 1 to 2 Account Executives in day-to-day best practice
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of retail media campaigns and adherence to quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with channel teams to integrate retail media strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives for enhanced results
- Assist in managing finance reconciliations and ensuring smooth billing processes for the UK and IE accounts
Qualifications
As a Senior Account Executive specialising in Retail Media, you will be a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for the retail industry and technology. Your expertise in retail media platforms will be essential to drive successful campaigns for our clients in the UK and IE markets.
- Prior ecommerce related experience in retail media or related field
- Demonstrable experience in retail media particularly Amazon Marketing Services or CitrusAds / Criteo
- Demonstrable experience working in Performance Marketing
- Confidence and experience of working on multiple accounts ideally in an agency environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and insights to clients and internal teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
