We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our team. Design is central to everything we do, and as a Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative direction and execution of projects. Working closely with the Design Directors and collaborating with fellow team members, you will contribute to building and shaping brands that are distinctive and deeply embedded in modern culture. Responsibilities:
- Report to the Design Director and work closely with the team
- Lead and oversee the design process from concept to final deliverables
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and creative direction to junior designers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and quality
Qualifications
- Proven design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and conceptual thinking
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Expertise in developing and executing design strategies across multiple touchpoints
- Strong understanding of brand development and visual communication
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
