Join Langland Medical Strategy & Education (MSE) team as an Account Director!

We partners with our clients to deliver high-quality medical education programmes. With an emphasis on exploring the reality of healthcare and the human experience, we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Account Director to join our team.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for defining and owning the strategy for a portfolio of accounts, while taking on a leadership role within our wider Client Services department. You will have experience in account management and a solid background working with pharmaceutical clients. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with senior management, manage direct reports, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering change management programs, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work on multiple global projects. You will possess strong financial acumen, knowledge of marketing principles and integrated communications, and experience working within an agency environment.
