Senior Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity with one of London's most iconic Brand Experience agencies! They are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Automotive field.

The ideal candidate would have Auto industry experience managing brand experience on a significant scale, such as global auto shows, and events. They’d understand how to balance the creative vision and operational requirements and enjoy the buzz of live work.

Experience:

• You have proven experience within the auto sector
• You have prior experience working in an agency and are familiar with agency-specific processes
• You have at least two years of both functional and disciplinary leadership experience
• Automotive marketing strategies are your strong suit!
• You have a keen eye for creativity and can assess it for quality
• You possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills, negotiation prowess, and strong communication abilities, along with a distinct customer and quality orientation
• You are enthusiastic and bring a can-do and hands-on attitude to your work
• You have a structured and flexible work approach, strategic thinking, as well as a high degree of self-initiative and independence

The Role:

• Oversee and develop the overarching communication and marketing strategy in the "Driving Experiences" segment
• Lead a small team consisting of project managers with varying levels of seniority
• Take the lead in developing marketing concepts, campaigns, and sales-supporting measures
• Implement communication and content planning on an annual and quarterly basis, including the selection of communication channels (print, digital, promotions, etc.
• Manage the operational implementation of planned marketing activities
• Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and proactively shape interdisciplinary collaboration
• Critically evaluate the measures through regular performance monitoring and reporting, deriving concrete action recommendations.
