As a Global Strategy Manager working for Haleon, you will work with a bunch of passionate Strategists on Sensodyne and Polident, two leading Oral Health brands. Exposed to some of the smartest minds in the industry, on an account leading the charge in Strategic thinking, Ad Tech, and Effectiveness.
You will be the backbone of the team, supporting the Strategy Director in driving team culture and developing excellent strategic brand principles. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing multiple data points to form insights
- Producing well-researched audience work to create audience segmentation on tools like GWI and building audience-led insights to fuel strategy
- Helping develop global strategies for brand campaigns to new product launches
- Supporting Market Strategist in assessing and tracking market progress and adoption
- Be the driving force for creativity in Media initiatives and partnering with key markets to develop innovation and creativity under global brand principles
- Supporting in fostering a team culture of creativity, excellence, and compassion
- Supporting the Senior Account Manager in maintaining strong relationships with clients and external agencies
- Autonomous, proactive and a team player
- Confident and comfortable sharing thoughts and POV
- Strong analytical skills
- Storyteller - written and verbally
- Solid understanding of media
