An experienced and talented AV Account Director is sought to join a specialised team based in East London. This exciting role involves overseeing multimedia advertising campaigns for various brands, including Estee Lauder, Tide, Tinder, and Flarin. Responsibilities include leading a team, planning and buying media, reporting on campaign performance, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

The AV Account Director job entails providing hands-on account management with a strong emphasis on excellent client service. The role involves planning, executing, and managing cross-media offline campaigns for multiple clients, spanning both brand and direct response efforts. The Account Director must lead and motivate a team, conduct performance appraisals, and develop an in-depth understanding of clients' brands, objectives, and competitors. They should offer data-driven media recommendations and identify new opportunities for clients, while also maintaining strong relationships with media partners and confidently negotiating on behalf of clients. Active participation in client pitches, exceptional communication skills, and a focus on analysing and optimizing campaign performance data are key aspects of this role. Additionally, building and maintaining relationships with agency partners and suppliers is a crucial responsibility.
To qualify... You should be An AV Account Director / Advertising Account Director / Media Account Director / Media Strategy Director / Client Services Director / Client Engagement Director / Advertising Strategy Lead or similar who can demonstrate:
- Have 6+ years experience within a media agency.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the TV market.
- Be an experienced client lead, managing a variety of offline media channels,
- including, TV (essential), BVOD, CTV, Radio, Cinema & OOH.
- Be a confident negotiator and have experience negotiating yearly
- agreements with suppliers.
- Have experience across a host of industry tools such as Techedge, AdIntel,
- Touchpoints and attribution software such as Adalyser.
- Demonstrate an expert knowledge of the media landscape
- Deliver the highest standard of client service levels.
- Be pro-active and a team player
