New Business Manager / Business Development Manager

NEW role just in! And it's a great one! 

This business is growing from strength to strength, with offices in the UK and some smaller ones globally, they work with some brilliant brands and businesses. 

A core specialism of events, live experiences, experiential, digital and film, they work with some huge brands and clients and they're looking to grow again.

Their film team is around 50 people, based across a variety of offices. Their London office is growing, and based out of Covent Garden. They're looking for a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager who can help create further growth in their film team. They make film for existing clients across their events and experiential work, but then also film / animation work outside of this too. They have a real mix of clients and make some great film work for them. 

They want to build on this now, and it's time to bring in a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager who can create further growth. The New Business Manager / Business Development Manager will report into the Head of Film, and you'll lead all new business and business development activity for the team and department. 

We're looking for a grown up, a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager who can think strategically and has a real passion for creative and the art of film making. We don't want a sales person, and hardsell is definitely not the approach this agency wants to take. They're looking for a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager, someone who believes in networking and connecting, someone who is great with people, and can think at a strategic level.

The New Business Manager / Business Development Manager will look at existing opportunities within the business and agency, and look to maximise what's happening within the business and seek further opportunities for the the film team. You'll then think about what the outbound strategy will be for the department and how the team can attract new clients and projects. 

The agency make a lot of work within B2B, internal comms, and more traditional internal film / animation work. And it's great. There's definitely an opportunity to grow, and tap into the network and explore further opportunities and deliver other types of work within these client contacts. We're looking for a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager who is a bit of a hunter, someone who can walk the floors and open up doors, and sell in the agency's film capabilities. 

The New Business Manager / Business Development Manager will be supported by a fantastic, ambitious team, and a group of people who can deliver. You'll have all of the tools you need to create success, and we want a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager who can bring this all together and oversee the new business / business development strategy for this team.
