Our client is a global creative service localization agency based in West London with an opportunity for an Account Manager to join them.

(2-3 days minimum in office or at the client's London office location).


The Account Manager role sits within a small, flexible, digitally-focused team servicing Entertainment industry streaming customers, creating localized assets for multiple platforms and producing a range of campaign materials for OOH and other marketing channels.

With a strong customer service ethic and a 'creative eye' you will be responsible for managing deadlines, quality of output and handling client queries across a variety of creative tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and ensuring a future pipeline of profitable work. Taking ownership for account performance, you will be an excellent communicator, problem-solver and diplomat, able to navigate complex situations and position them favourably to secure enduring client relationships and workstreams. You will rely on sound commercial judgement, and the ability to connect ideas and shape opportunities to drive incremental growth and expand your influence.

It is important that you have a good understanding of technical applications used in Design and Artwork environments, so that you can guide the customer effectively, as well as contribute to continuous improvement programmes internally.

Commercial Responsibilities

Understands and promotes the agency end to end-to-end capabilities and identifies ways to expand offering. Contributes to UK sales targets and budget planning to ensure Spark account meets growth targets and financial goals.

Prepares quotations using existing pricing strategies. Ensures jobs are closed down as soon as completed and monthly invoices are timely and accurate.

Client Relationship

Focuses on active relationship building with broader client teams. Demonstrates ability to turnaround difficult situations taking necessary steps and preserving client relationships.

In depth knowledge of client and industry - immersed in brands and strategic client objectives. Focal reference on client target consumer group.

Customer Service

Anticipates and trouble shoots issues as they arise - reads situations early and escalates appropriately. Takes necessary actions to communicate issue and propose solutions in a timely manner putting client needs first. "Owns" the problem or opportunity and tenacious in finding a solution. Builds trust and deep relationships with clients through empathy and curiosity. Operates unsupervised, and demonstrates leadership and confidence in client facing situations.

Analysis and Reporting

Regularly reports sales and margin activity - tracks performance, identifies patterns and utilises findings to share insights across the business.

Effective billing management.

Communication and Task management

Inspiring communication and pitch presentations tailored to audience. Ability to effectively communicate sensitive issues in an objective manner. Shows good judgement.

Anticipates timing issues, takes necessary steps to mitigate and communicates to relevant parties. Excels at effective planning and how to present effectively to gain client action and positive behaviour.

Creative Influence

Makes creative recommendations with convincing rationale during briefing and pitching process. Art directs where appropriate to ensure client needs are met.

Knowledge/Technical Expertise

Excellent working knowledge of creative and production processes across categories (digital, print, AV), timelines involved, creation/manufacturing constraints and how these relate to costs.

Ability to analyse artwork files and assess suitability for adaptation and transcreation. Proven experience working with a variety of artwork specifications and templates.
