Resource Manager / Workflow Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to move away from a London agency or someone who is based in Surrey.

A brilliant team of client services, creative, technologists, designers and producers, they're now looking for a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager to come and join their fold. Someone who sits between creative, design and client services, and you're the glue that brings everything together.

The Resource Manager / Workflow Manager will be an instrumental and key hire for the agency, you'll be the gatekeeper between the internal teams and you'll oversee and lead across lots of the agency's key projects.

The Resource Manager / Workflow Manager will be a trusted partner, and you will have your finger on the pulse with regards to what is going in and out of the studio, how work is managed and resourced and ensuring all projects run on budget and time.

The Resource Manager / Workflow Manager will work across all creative projects within the agency, and work with the senior leadership team to ensure processes are put in place. There's a great opportunity for a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager to come in and put their own stamp on this role.

We need a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple relationships. The Resource Manager / Workflow Manager will fully understand the inner workings of a busy creative department, and how to get the very best out of the talent.

You will know how to shape and secure work going in and out of the studio, and you'll be a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager who can work well with creative teams, designers and client leadership teams.

It's super important that we have a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager who has great attention to detail, some of these projects are complexed events and builds, and it's important that you can work with your team on the detail.

You'll be a Resource Manager / Workflow Manager who is passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively with the studio and production.
