As the Head of Digital Strategy, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 10 experts, own the digital strategy output for multiple clients, and work with global industry leaders. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the direction of our brands' media activities and ensuring client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Getting Involved In:
1. Leading Teams: You will lead a team of 10 professionals across various clients, guiding them in creating holistic and digital-specific strategies.
2. Improving Processes: Enhance internal processes between digital strategy teams, client teams, performance teams, data governance, and analytics to drive efficiency.
3. Training: Mentor and train teams to develop their digital strategy skills and expertise.
4. Building a Community: Create a digital strategy community within Spark International to foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
5. Pitching and Onboarding: Be an essential part of pitch teams and assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless integration.
6. Innovation Roadmaps: Develop innovation roadmaps for digital activities within our existing client base, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
7. Transformation: Collaborate with digital leadership to create transformation roadmaps for new and existing clients, driving strategic change.
8. Client Satisfaction: Take responsibility for keeping clients satisfied with everything related to digital planning and activation.
9. Digital Strategy Development: Lead your team in developing digital-specific strategies, budgeting across channels, conducting audience research, building insights and planning analyses.
10. Biddable Activation: Collaborate with our biddable experts to create guidance for biddable activation, ensuring effective execution.
11. Direct Digital Activity: Set up direct digital activities to maximize client success.
12. Data Analysis: Review report data and extract actionable insights to inform new campaign planning cycles.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive experience in digital media, preferably in digital strategy and planning.
- International experience is preferred but not required.
- A deep understanding of biddable channels, and experience with commerce is a plus.
- Proficiency in direct digital media.
- The ability to develop innovation roadmaps for clients.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and strong industry connections.
