Job Details
Are you a passionate and experienced paid social expert who can lead a large team and deliver world-class results for one of the industry’s biggest and most progressive advertisers? If so, we want you to join our award-winning performance team at Starcom Performics.
You will be working with a client who are a leader in digital and data-driven marketing, across all areas of paid social, including brand, ecommerce, B2B, apps, video and more. You will set the vision and strategy for the channel, working closely with clients, media owners and internal agency teams to deliver an innovative plan across brand and performance goals. You will also oversee the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns for relevant platforms, such as Meta, YouTube, X (aka Twitter), TikTok, Snap, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Apple and more.
You will be responsible for building social credibility as a strategic lever within the media mix, evolving our approach to data-driven marketing and social commerce, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications
- Extensive prior paid social experience, preferably from an agency environment
- Demonstrated experience in client and team leadership
- Experience in scaled paid social clients
