Our office is located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent which is a stone’s throw away from Tunbridge Wells train station and has direct lines into Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo. We operate hybrid and flexible working - where the core client-facing hours are 10am-4pm. Some of our team live in and around Tunbridge Wells, but we do have others who predominantly work from further afield, such as Devon and Liverpool. We currently work from our office one day per week (usually Tuesdays) and the remainder remotely.

The Digital Marketing Executive Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior-mid level Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales through various digital channels.

To smash it in this role, you will need to have a passion for social media, digital marketing, design and content creation and be willing to pitch in wherever an extra pair of hands and bright mind is needed.

What you’ll be working on:

+ Implementing social media marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
+ Helping to manage and maintain our CRM-Hubspot
+ Designing and producing creative assets (e.g. social media graphics, web banners, email templates, product packaging)
+ Monitoring and updating the companies’ website content (e.g. product pages, blog posts, landing pages)
+ Assisting with the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
+ Creating, curating and managing engaging content (e.g. blog posts, newsletters, videos, webinars, podcasts, infographics)
+ Assisting with the planning, execution and measurement of email marketing campaigns
+ Collaborating with internal teams and freelancers to ensure consistent branding
+ Analysing and reporting on marketing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
+ Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and design

About You:

+ Excellent communication, writing, design and editing skills
+ 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following specialisms: graphic design, social media marketing, and digital marketing
+ Experience in managing social media platforms and management tools including creating, managing and scheduling posts
+ Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma) and content management systems (e.g. WordPress/HubSpot)
+ Good experience in content creation
+ Experience with email marketing platforms
+ Self-starter, self-sufficient and ambitious to learn
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Passion for digital marketing and social media trends
+ Experience working in the B2B sector is an advantage but not essential
