The agency is looking for a Senior Account Director with a strong CRM experience in a creative customer experience agency to help this new client to develop loyalty and CRM campaigns to engage and retain their customers. You will have experience of developing strong CRM campaigns that deliver results and will be the kind of individual who likes to get under the skin of clients' briefs and help them to better engage with their consumers.
You will be currently working in a CRM/CX agency where you will have worked on the development and delivery of acquisition and CRM customer communications across all channels, understanding what makes consumers tick and how to engage them with meaningful, well crafted communications.
An experienced Client Service professional you will be a consummate agency person, you will be friendly and persuasive understanding how you have to challenge when necessary while ensuring the clients see the value the agency is providing.
