Working on one of the biggest accounts at a Top 10 creative agency, this Account Director role will enjoy huge responsibility
As Account Director roles go, this one is pretty good.
You'll be joining a business at the heart of modern agency thinking; able to bring together creativity and data to develop memorable campaigns that have a genuine impact on clients' businesses.
One of the agency's biggest clients is a major retailer who trust the agency with a whole range of comms across multiple channels - from big budget Christmas campaigns to reactive weekly marketing.
It's a brand that has an informal tone of voice which allows the agency to have a lot of fun with the work.
Such a crucial account needs a special team and this bunch fit the bill. A tight knit, collaborative group where everybody has a voice. You'll be working with a much-loved Business Director and supported by some amazing Account Managers.
There's also bags of room for progression. Previous Account Directors from this account have moved in a variety of directions across agency and account leadership.
This is a role for an established Account Director who loves retail accounts. You'll have spent a decent amount of time at creative advertising agencies working on retail clients. You'll also need to have shown that you can keep multiple projects on the go at one time (including TVCs) whilst building an excellent rapport with clients.
In short, we've been asked to find who can keep the wheels turning so that relevant, effective work keeps coming out of the door.
At first, this role will be a fixed term contract paid as a day rate but the need is permanent.
