The brand is made up of multiple products across a large and diverse portfolio, that includes: Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Quest and many more. Meta are made up of multiple divisions, that include: Reality Labs, Brand Product Marketing, Global Business Marketing and Meta Works (B2B), with each dedicated towards driving growth for Meta both at consumer level and B2B.

This is an exciting opportunity for a media planning Account Director to join Spark and become a crucial part of the team. You will ensure all projects run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard. The Director ensures processes are clearly defined and is the main responsible for ensuring accuracy on any piece of work delivered to Meta.

You will be the first point of escalation for both clients and other members of the team, centrally and locally.

You will work on yearly strategy and planning and pre-planning workshops, annual planning. Campaign brief responses , alongside the BD and different teams - applying and flexing your knowledge across brand and demand generation campaigns, and be on the pulse of growing channel and ecommerce capabilities.

This role would benefit an ambitious, experienced and pro-active Director who will lead the agency’s flagship account. You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged but with diplomacy.

Close attention to detail, people management skills and a positive attitude are also crucial. You will be responsible for the integration of the inter-agency team and maintaining

good, strong relationships with al teams.
Qualifications

  • Previous media agency experience at the Account Director level
  • Team management skills
  • Solid understanding of media channels and the media planning process
  • Previous experience working on a high profile account
  • Strong communication and client servicing skills
