Rev up your career! We're on the hunt for 2 Account Managers to join our team and work with our automotive clients: Vauxhall, Fiat, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, and DS. Are you ready to hit the road to success? 🚗💨

These brands are evolving with data-driven solutions to enhance their impact in Auto marketing. The Manager is a key contact, responsible for exemplary client service and strategic collaboration with the Account Director.

Your role involves three key responsibilities aligned with our agency's growth pillars and expectations framework.

Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specific responsibilities are:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients
  • Support AD through excellent day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
  • Ensure you and Execs deliver operational excellence
  • Look for proactive media opportunities to share with clients

Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:
  • Mange 1 x Senior Exec, 1 x Exec
  • Deliver and set example of brilliant client service
  • Work collaboratively with Investment, Performance and digital operations teams to deliver high quality, timely responses
  • Support a culture of learning and self-improvement

Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically:
  • Build Starcom's reputation, positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies
  • Understand contractual obligations on your clients
  • support AD to deliver new growth opportunities
  • Embrace and get involved with agency initiatives and growth opportunities


  • A curiosity and enthusiasm for media planning and communications
  • We are open to a Senior Account Exec who is looking to progress to manager level 🚗💨
  • A good understanding and knowledge of planning processes, digital channels and how they can work alongside each other
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data
  • Confident communicator, willing to actively participate in client meetings, delivering presentations when required
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and proactively take responsibility
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally
  • Confidence to ensure outputs from the team are of a high-quality standard
  • Automotive experience not essential, but a desire to shake up the category is!
