We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team working across one of our largest media clients. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about pushing the goal post within media, has knowledge across all biddable channels (Paid Social, Search & Programmatic) and enjoys working within a global hub.

The Team

The team is made up of a team of dedicated specialists spanning various capabilities. With a number of fresh faces to the business in 2023, the team is a fully integrated, proactive group with a “Can do” attitude.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Director to advance a team of budding media managers on a flagship client. You will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of best-in-class media services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exemplary client servicing skills, industry knowledge and proven ability across all digital media channels. Most importantly, the candidate should have a self-starting attitude and eagerness to drive and support junior team members to develop media knowledge and ensure the high quality delivery of outputs.

Working with the account leads across planning, operations, data and activation, the Account Director will oversee the delivery of plans across the client's portfolio - they will be expected to input into cross-channel thinking and have a holistic knowledge of paid media to ensure the supply of innovative plans and campaign activations.

They will be expected to ensure tasks are completed on time and to budget, contributing to client meetings - providing feedback on specific queries and sharing insights into performance.

The role will be expected to manage wider specialist teams both in the UK and abroad to ensure joined up comms and delivery on their specific projects, including operational outputs such as finance and reporting.

  • A confident and adaptable communicator
  • Solutions-oriented
  • Digital buying background with experience in Paid Social, Search & Programmatic preferred
  • 5-7 years media experience
  • Experience managing managers/executives
  • Knowledge of agency operating model (eg. activation teams)
  • Strong analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data; to identify trends, opportunities and make strategic arguments
